Join me for some stretchy chill yoga and a beautiful community event.

We will do some yoga then sip a champs as we watch the sun set.

Good movement, celebrations, positive vibes, and fun connections.

Yoga flow is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Byo yoga mat, water bottle and wear something you feel comfortable moving in and something warm incase.
